If this was the right part, I'd buy it again

I ordered a hinge and bracket for the lower part of my Kenmore refrigerator. I was sent the hinge and bracket for the upper part of the lower door. The hinge does not fit in the bracket. I have tried several times to get the correct parts and I keep getting the wrong ones.
