Easy to install. Took about 15 minutes. Glad I did some research about the problem before trying to buy a new microwave. Cheap fix compared to hundreds of dollars for a new one.

Returnable???

I'm sure the parts are fine, but I realized I didn't need them a few hours after ordering. I tried to cancel the order but the parts arrived anyway. I was told I could return them if this happened. Once the parts did arrive, when I followed the return link, it states they are not returnable. Why would you place return information on parts that are not returnable?
