Wrong rollers
The tray would not fit until I exchanged the rollers off the old tray with the ones delivered on the new tray.

the correct part was ordered but did not fit!
First, as already reported, the rollers on the new tray are much bigger that on the original, and did not fit into the side rails. After replacing the rollers with the old ones, the tray did fit into the side railings, but got stuck in the last 1/4 of the way into the fridge: apparently, the railing profile on the new tray is a bit different from the old one, but enough to make it unusable. Getting assistance from the customer service is a loosing game. Returning the part is a hassle.
