It worked just follow the directions and all is good

Easy install. Plastic tighteners need to be very tight to eliminate drips - took a second attempt to make sure. Otherwise quick and easy.

Exact replacement - fit perfectly. Just remember to unplug the power before proceeding, and does require pulling out dishwasher to access the back, underside of unit.

Tried to order this part through local parts supplier, was told out of stock no estimated Availability date. Order through Sears partsdirect, received part within 2 weeks of order. Not bad, IMO.

Retaining nuts easily accessed and backside of machine. Spent more time pulling the unit out of the cabinet and disconnecting the plumbing than it took to replace the heater. I wish all my appliance repairs went that well lol.

I was able to replace the heating element by pulling out the dishwasher and replacing the element without disconnecting the electrical or water supplies, or turning he unit on its face.

Easy to install and correct part. Fast delivery. I had same part on order at another online place for over 3 weeks! Sears only took about 4 days.

The product was exactly what I ordered and arrived as expected. When I had the dishwasher apart, I was able to determine that the problem was not in the heater, but in the computer. Would have been nicer to know this ahead of time, but the only way to test it was to take the dishwasher out of the cabinet. Oh Well...the return process was just as flawless...
