It was easy to install and it took about an hour to take the microwave off, attach the damper bracket and damper and re-install the microwave

WRONG PART
COULDN'T HAVE REPAIRED MY MICROWAVE EVEN IF THIS HAD BEEN THE CORRECT PART BECAUSE IT ARRIVED TWISTED AND BENT.
