Works great, should have been original equipment

Certain Kenmore refrigerator models require this part to prevent leaking of condensate drain into refrigerator cabinet. Honestly, it should be offered as a recall or service bulletin part for free to consumers with these models. The original was simply manufactured wrong as the ferrule was too short. I manage over 450 apartments and every one that has a certain model fridge has this issue until the longer ferrule is installed. It works great, but the original design was flawed.
