Will never work with Sears again

I will never again in my life work with Sears. We placed an order in October 2020 for a replacement stovetop which was on back order and should be received by December. I called multiple times between December 2020 - April 2021 and was guaranteed that the item would be delivered within the week every time I called. Each subsequent call I was told it was delayed one more week but would definitely ship at that point. After not having a functioning stove for almost 6 months I spoke to a customer service agent who said he could find me a different replacement top that would fit our stove. I gave him the model number and serial number of the stove and was guaranteed the top would fit and would ship within the week. The stovetop arrived a little over a week later and was the completely wrong product, it did not fit our stove and wasn't even close. We returned the item and ended up paying for an entirely new stove just to not deal with Sears anymore.
