Exact fit. Be sure to safe all screws from old unit. This does not come with screws or plate that old unit had.

Smooth transaction beginning to end
Save the screws from your old drive control, they're not part of the new part. Other than that I was able to install the new part in less than an hour and was back in business. I appreciated the fast delivery, the correct part arrived six days after ordering it.
