Wrong Parts
I went to Sears Parts Direct, entered the Dryer Part Number and ordered a Dryer Door Switch Kit. When it arrived it looked completely different from the old part. I have used Sears Parts successfully in the past. Did not feel it was necessary to pull out the old switch to compare before I ordered.

Physically easy to install
Had to experiment with the leads to get the right connections. Only came with two terminal connectors. Had to supply the third.

You sent the wrong part.
I described that I needed to replace the start button for my Kenmore elite h2 gas dryer. They sent me a door button. When I followed up thru your chat feature, they confirmed I am getting a start button replacement. I go to repair the machine and we discovered it was the door button. Totally disappointed and a waste of time.

Difficult to install
The switch did not match what I needed and didn't work properly after installed. I bought an aftermarket product for one fourth the cost that worked perfectly.

Not as Easy to Repair as Told
I participated in an online chat to determine the nature of the problem with our Kenmore H4 dryer. I was told it needed two parts, thermal fuse and door switch, and that we could replace the parts ourselves. Even watching videos replacing the thermal fuse, we could not locate it on our dryer so we had to call a repairman who completed the task in 15 minutes! The dryer door switch was not necessary but was the most expensive part. Fortunately I am able to return it with no shipping charge. We like to try to do our own repairs if they reasonable; this was not!

Installation instructions on identification of contacts would have been helpful. The contact identification info was embossed on the switch but easy to miss.
