Not the same size
Website showed this was an updated part number and when it was delivered it is a smaller roller than what my dehumidifier originally had so now it doesn't sit level and rocks because of having one smaller wheel.

The part is not like the picture. I made two attempts to speak with a tech, and after being on hold, was disconnected each time.

hard to get the right parts from them
It was close to impossible to find the right unit in order to get the right part....consequently got the wrong part but made them work!
