Sent Wrong Part
Parts department ordered wrong part. We are not cooking from last 3 weeks because of this departments knowledge about parts. When returned they created return invoice for 1 ignitor and refunded for 1. I ordered 4 ignitor and returned 4 of them. Called the customer service to revolve this issue. My call got transferred to 7 different people wasted my 1 hour time. It's horrible experience and shame on sears to treat their customers in this way. Even today my cooktop is not working because of sears.
