Replacement blade-exact fit
Lots of replacement blades available in hardware stores that claim to fit. "Universal" as they say. But not always. For just a little more this was an exact replacement for OEM. Worth it to me.

Installation straightforward..
Took less than 10 minutes. Perfect replacement.. layer mower on its side.. blocked old blade with 2x4.. removed 9/16 bolt... removed old blade. Put new blade bak on taking care to not put in on backwards.. align the index mark on new blade with mark on mower spindle.. replace 9/16 bolt... easy..

Exact fit for my lawnmower!
When I remove the dull blade I soak it in hot water to loosen all of the hardened grass. Then I remove the grass easily so that I can properly balance the blade again as I sharpen it later! The 2nd blade gets installed immediately and I quickly go back to cutting my grass with an already sharpened 2nd blade.
