Parts

Called and spoke to a tech, I explained exactly what was not functioning with the stove, he was very reassuring he knew what the problem was and said it’ll be an easy fix. Was sent “two” wrong parts (the parts he said I needed), now I’m out $130.00, AND still waiting for the CORRECT part to come. I have given three stars for the delivery time, the parts were delivered in a timely manor. I would recommend this service, just need to know yourself what part you need

all I needed was the ignitor

I removed the ignitor from the clip and replaced the old one, Didn't need the burner and tubing. Paid $80 for a $5 ignitor

Lack of Communication

I have a Kenmore gas stove that I had to replace an igniter and worked with the SearsPartsDirect people on a CHAT (really don't like chatting) and the person there quoted the wrong parts and sent them and when I received same found out that they were wrong. I ordered the right part (supposedly) and had it sent. But Sears refuses to help me return the wrong parts and get a credit. So you have my story. And yes I did try to contact Sears and they ignored my request for returning the bad parts, and guess what I have to disassemble all of the burners to replace on stupid igniter and that is after the last CHAT person said I did not have to. Thanks. No directions for installation came with the part! And you have not answered my e-mail concerning the parts you mis-sold me. Why? Also I wrote to you October 19:The relevant numbers are: RMA:PDR-2172270,ORDER:C236782 Please send me the e-mail for the return of the wrong parts your company said were the right ones. Reference Numbers: 007594-098-C236782 and RMA:PDR-2172270.
