Wrong Color
I'm confused as to why you shipped me 16 grates in four separate boxes. I only have one gas range. The correct color is enamel gray. It was an inconvenience to ship them back for refund.

What you get is not what you see...
Granted, it's an old stove part, but I ordered 4 new grates in February and they finally arrived in April. I ordered light gray, ceramic coated grates, as was displayed in the part number when I placed the order. I received black, iron, rough surfaced grates. I was never contacted by anyone at Sears to let me know I wasn't going to get the parts I ordered. They fit, and obviously I can't gray ones anymore, so they'll have to do.

Advertised as a SET - it is NOT a set!!!
I was very disappointed to receive my order with only ONE burner grate replacement when it was *advertised* as a SET. A set means more than one! When I called to report this issue, I was asked "so you want to order more?"!? NO!!! I want you to fix the verbeage to say this is a SINGLE piece, not a set. I would like a SET for the price you advertised the SET for! I spent 25 minutes on hold and another 20 minutes on the phone with a person who barely spoke English and could never get this point across. This seems very expensive for ONE burner grate replacement, but to send it back would cost MORE and is too much of a hassle, so I am stuck with it. Beware if you order this - you are getting ONE piece. NOT a SET.

All items fit very well!
You can't beat the price of these replacement burners. This is the 2nd set of burners that I've had to replace on my stove. Paid a lot more previously for replacement burners.
