I ordered the part that they said they had in stock, 4 days later. Without any notifications it was backordered. I called them and that's how I found out. They said it would be at least 4 weeks. I cancelled it because I needed it sooner. 2 weeks later I get a voicemail saying that they sent it anyway and that I was responsible to mail it back or I would be charged again. I called them and they said it was already sent. I asked how this could happen being that it was cancelled 2 weeks ago. But they said it's still coming. What a joke no more business ever for sears.
