Excellent Rebuild Instructions Included
June 30, 2019

Parts are high quality, exact replacements. What made the job doable were the excellent step by step rebuild instruction sheet included in the package. The step by step went through the tear down and rebuild very clearly. While not an "easy" repair, like pushing out the motor shaft pin holding the worm gear in place, took some pounding with a hammer and right sized knockout, I feel the repair is complete and will last many years.

Wrong Socket!
February 23, 2018

After working 4hours getting new one in, come to find out trying to open the door, the new chain sprocket on top was not the right type for my chain. Door would open and roll on the sprocket. Teeth not deep enough.

I purchased the gear and sprocket assembly and it was easy to install and worked great. Glad I repaired instead of replacing the opener.
