Never again!

Called the number in the owners manual of my Craftsman Snowblower, for parts. I needed a choke knob. Was transferred to another number, as I purchased it at a Sears Hometown Store. (Now out of business) Held for over 15 minutes and got disconnected. Called back and got a agent in a call center where English was not the first language. The man I reached was very pleasant. Problem is he ordered me a throttle lever instead of a choke knob. Called back and supposedly got the right part ordered. Said the choke knob was in stock. Great! I ordered two. The other day they arrived. Not only did they not.work with my Snowblower, they were 2 different knobs!
