Received wrong part
Received wrong part, the part I received was totally different from the picture shown and from what I needed. When I called customer service they told me that the part on the picture was no longer available and that it had been discontinued. On top of that it took longer that expect for it to be delivered. Now I have to return the part I received. The worst thing is my card got charged $374 yet they sent me a part that cost $44 at Lowe's. Overall disappointed as I had to stay longer without hot water.'
