Never never deal with sears again!!!!!!
Long long story, but basically our $1500+ Kenmore refrigerator installed 2 years ago has a non-working ice maker and water dispenser that sears can no longer seem to find a replacement part for. Don't try to call them. You can't speak to a real person. So they are sending us free water filters for a system that is not even working. We have contacted our states attorney general's office for help. So far, they are in contact with Sears. We will never buy Kenmore again. Used to be very reputable.

I have asked to be removed from automatic replacement
Do NOT send me any more water filters until I order them. When I was waiting for the first filter after purchasing the new refrigerator (I thought made in America), I waited for 8 months before I got a filter (Coming from China). Since then you have been sending water filters too frequently. Please cease!!!

This is the product that I need for our Kenmore Refrigerator
The product is fine, but the service is not up to par. I received an of 2 water filters without the air filters that are changed at the same time. A few days later I received 1 water filter along with 1 air filter. I am supposed to receive a package containing 1 water filter and 1 air filter every 6 months.

Repeat buyer
I install it every 6 months. But I want to renew annually since I have 2 extra that I got in the store before it closed. It works well once installed, but loosening the previous one is difficult.
