Straightforward replacement
The swap out of the replacement blower was straightforward and relatively easy. The weight of the oven is something you'll need to plan for (don't underestimate). The part was a perfect fit and the loud noise of the old fan is gone! One thing to note...the insulation strip shown in the picture was not included with the part, but I just reused the original strip.

Easy to install. Just a few screws.
It was just a few screws though you do need to pull the whole microwave/oven combo out of the cabinet it lives in. Recommend having someone helping carefully placing it on the floor. The cables at the back were long enough so I just had to open the breaker.

The part did not fit my oven.
The part I ordered said that it fit my oven. Well after waiting three weeks because the part was on back order. I finally got the part. I took the door off of the oven. Pulled the oven out of the wall took the rear panel off of the oven removed the old fan and noticed that the new fan was not the same and was not going to fit. Not only was it not the same size it only required two wires and my fan had three wires. So I put the oven back in the wall and packaged the fan up and sent it back to Sears. They refunded my money the next day.
