poor service!
I am not happy with the customer service. They charged me 3 times for item even though I cancelled within 30 minutes I called on 7-01-20 and it is still charged twice on my mastercard.

Incompetence everywhere
needed a new filter for a microwave oven fan/vent. Went to Sears web site with model number. told it was replaced and to use a new part number. no dimensions or other info available about the new part. used chat feature and "talked" to a customer service rep. he insisted that the filter would fit the appliance, though he didn't have the dimensions of the filter, either. needless to say, the filter wasn't even close to being the right size. a lot of time and a small amount of money wasted.

Microwave filter fReplacement
Once I discovered the QR code for the Samsung microwave and over the range vent hood it was easy to change the charcoal odor filter! But the price added to shipping made an expensive filter even more expensive!
