whole drawer not needed
I probably had the same issue as most customers, a broken latch underneath the drawer. First off, I would have beefed up that weak plastic latch to solve this problem. The front of the drawer can be removed easily in seconds by prying up at the tiny notches with a finger, exposing the actual broken part. That also removes easily and then disconnect the spring with pliers. This part is small and would save money and not need to order the whole drawer. Also, the latches on the right side were improperly installed on the outside instead of sliding inside. It was catching as I pulled it out of the washer. Product arrived was not what was pictured
If you look at the picture in this email you will see white wheel guards. You've tried to send this to me twice and both times arrived w/o the wheel guards. I sent one back to you and will just try to work with the other. VERY poor service when the product doesn't match the picture.
