Didn't think I'd ever use my old craftsman edger

Thanks for carrying this edger blade . The big box retailers don't carry the part anymore and I really love my old craftsman electric edger .

Disappointed

Extremely disappointed. I use to pay half this price for a 3 pack of these blades. I mistakenly thought I was going to receive more than a single blade. Never again.

WRONG PART SENT 2 TIMES, WAITING FOR ONE MORE TRY

I ordered this part a month ago, the wrong part was sent, I called and told the customer service person and they said the correct part would be sent out to me. Then when I recd. that, it was the same wrong part... one last try..

Previous order okay, current order has issies

I've purchased the same item previously and was very satisfied. This time, however, the incorrect part was shipped. The correct part number was ordered and the part that arrived had that number on it, but nonetheless it was the wrong part. At this point I've returned the part and will reorder when I receive credit for the wrong part. So far the return process has gone well. Ratings for ease of part installation and time are based on the part I received previously.

Sad inventory mixup.

wrong blades sent twice, I gave up. I bought the right blades cheaper elsewhere.

i was surprised i did not get the nuts and washers to fasten the blades in the past i always have gotten this hardware know i have look around for these items so therefore i can use this item till i locate the hardware thanks for asking

Easy to lnstall

Easy to install your product in the trimmer that I own

A little difficult to catch thread with nut

The blade was exactly as ordered and the installation was very straight forward. The only challenge I had was trying to catch a thread on the screws with the nut to lock the blade in place. I realized the screws were able to slide up a little but gravity was my enemy! Was then able to get it quickly installed. New blade made the edger just like new!
