I was sent the wrong peoduct twice. Also had major difficult

I can't use the bulbs there not the right lights. I told them the original bulbs have a blue tint twice. As well was sent freezer light bulbs not refrigerator bulbs. As the AI chat to let me speak with a human. to no avail.

In the future, I will not purchase through Sears Parts Direct, if I can avoid it. Would advise all who read this to try to find parts elsewhere as this outfit is overcharging a lot for their parts.
