This replacement housing worked great. It was very easy to replace, it was made of durable material and it fit great.

The part fit as it should. Identical to the original part

I loosened water line at rear to give more slack of the water lines that attach to the housing

Had a applicance repairman put in the parts. Filter assembly and new water inlet control valve.

My water in the door slowed down to a small sliver. I found one of the valves in the filter housing was not opening all the way when the filter was pushed in. No way to fix it other than buy a new one. This one came fast, and it only took me about 30 minutes from rolling the frig out from the wall to rolling it back in fixed. Product was exact replacement
