Easy to install, 3 phillips screws

Nice to have new piece to see how rear fasteners inserted into fridge wall. It was a bit harder to get the old piece out than I expected. I had to force the front from the wall to the correct angle and pull harder than expected, but then it came free. Probably was a combination of plastic retainer-bevel, and foam insultation gluing to it. New piece went right in.
