How to replace the carbon motor brushes on your Pro Tech scroll saw
Unplug the scroll saw’s power cord from the wall outlet. Wear work gloves to protect your hands.
Use a slot screwdriver to unscrew the brush caps and then pull out the motor brushes.
Insert the new carbon brushes into the motor and reinstall the brush caps.
Plug the scroll saw into the electrical outlet and test motor operation.
