Dead batteries
I received one battery and it was dead. I called for a replacement and they sent me 2 more batteries. They were both dead as well. I ended up recharging my old Die Hard.

Sears not listening
Pl be aware you may not receive the part you order from Sears but get something you don't need. It seems like a lack of coordination between the person taking the order and the person filling it.

Damaged in shipping
Not once, but twice! (I still need to call for the second.) I ordered this battery online and it arrived, one of the terminals had been crushed to such a degree in shipping that I could not connect it to the lawn tractor. I called and they quickly sent another. Unfortunately, that one too arrived with one of the terminals crushed. They could easily fix this issue by putting a cover on BOTH terminals and/or improved the packing for shipping. Ridiculous.

BAD DEAL
BE CAREFULL . Read carefully all fine print this battery comes dry with no battery acid. And when I say comes with no battery acid I mean just that. Not even Battery acid to put in the battery. It was very disappointing say the least. I sent it back, but have yet to receive my $74 dollar refund.
