Never buy from you again
Even when giving you my model number of my microwave, bought what I was told would be the correct filter. Filter WAS NOT THE RIGHT FILTER and now you aren't refunding my full refund, even when shipping isn't in the refund, I'm still short of my refund. WHAT A RIPOFF!! I will report this to BBB and let them know how I don't even get my full tax refunded.

Dies not fit. Must be for some other model
The ffg ilter has 6 or 8 holes the corner which would fit over tabs in the oven. My microwave does not have Any tabs to attach the filter to so it just sits loosely with nothing holding it. This filter must not be for Kenmore Elite model 790.8037. PlEase send correct charcoal filter for my microwave
