Delivered quick and in perfect condition!!!
The delivery was faster than I expected so that was a pleasant surprise. The 4 burner drip pans came without a scratch. I had ordered from a different website and it was a nightmare. Didn't receive what I ordered and the one drip pan I did get had huge scratches. I guess it's common but the ones from this website came in perfect condition! Would definitely order again!!!

Ordered three times fisrt time they came in good condition. They always come with big chips out of the porcelain...My original one's didn't have a hole in the center much bettrer design.

Needs Better Packaging
I have received two orders of this set, both of which have had shipping damage. I appreciated Sears quick response in getting me another set. The first set had 3 of 4 pans with significant chip damage. The second set had only one with damage. I am awaiting the third set which should arrive in a week. The single paper spacers between the drip pans is not sufficient to protect them. I suggested some small bubble wrap would solve the problem. I'll see what happens with the third shipment. The pans themselves seem fine. I just hope the shipping damage is not indicative of poor finish.

Chipped coating
2 of the drip pans arrived chipped. Contacted Sears parts direct and they sent a new set at no charge but the next set was also chipped. We are returning both sets and will find a different option.

Easy to install
Easy to install, unfortunately I didn't put them on immediately and when I did found the large drip pans are chipped. Do not have packing slip or box to return
