Replaced one of the internal gears. Dot a difficult process ones you get beyond all the lubrication.

Would have been easy to install if needed
Before I got to the gear, I found a loose screw was binding it up. I just verified the worm gear was in good shape.

It's a worm gear
Easy to install using on-line videos to guide the way. Much cheaper than a trip to the repair center 60 miles away.
