I'll need to return this delivery. Will need directions...
I was promised that this part would be a 100% replacement for my damaged dishwasher upper rack. It wasn't. The damaged rod of the original part was not part of the piece delivered. I was promised that it would be a complete replacement. There were not documents provided that indicate how to return. I'll need that, right away.

Replaced the entire upper rack.
I had to remove all parts (8) from the upper rack and transfer them to the new rack. There are little tabs that had to be pushed in so the part can be removed. This was a very time consuming process which took 2 hrs to complete. The depicted rack design did not match the actual part. For example, the original rack the front had a bell shape curve were the replacement rack the frame was straight across. Also in the back of the new rack there were a couple of tines missing that supported the rotating top spray arm. I made the new rack work.

Upper dish rack replacement.
There are a lot of parts to attach, so before you take out the old rack, take pictures of it and how the parts fit on it. It took about 45 minutes, and then I still had it on backwards, so another 30 minutes to take pieces off and switch. Once completed, it worked out great.

Relatively easy to install.
This and the other rack were fairly easy to install by attaching the rollers and other parts in the same relative locations. When the dishwasher is opened up it looks as good as if it was new.

Bare rack with NONE of the attachments needed
Terribly difficult to install as there are no instructions on how to remove all the attachments that need to go on this from the rack you are replacing.
