Exactly the clip for our oven
We found the broiler element hanging from the ceiling of the oven: missing this clip. We replaced it. Reaching into the oven with an oven mitt knocked it out.We purchased 2 more just in case.

Very simple replace/install nothing major
Was just a simple pull stove from wall unplug for sure, detach the yellow and red little plug slide. Slide them out, remove oven rack by unscrewing the two screws on inside of oven. Replace new rack in same order or insert new rack first replace yellow and red plug slides and screw rack back on inside, very easy.

Confusing and did not install as repairman didn't'
I wrote a long critical review previously on some other review platform, read it. Don't ever want a Sears repairman here again. Took over two months and and many hours of phone calls waiting and over $450.00 and still not repaired. The parts department did fine it was the repairmen.
