Poor customer service.
Ordered this part on the 9th of August. Sears shipped me a pedal instead of the baffel. Had to make multiple phone calls. Was told correct item was being shipped. After another week an multiple calls again Finally an operator named Lori was able to help. The part was not reordered as I was told. The best date they can get the part to me is around August 40th. This is a sad way to serve your customers.
