Instructions Missing/Parts Sent Did not work
I was very disappointed in the parts sent. The service agent assured me there would be instructions on the "kit" that was designed to fix the broken non-fixable panel. The parts sent did not work and were the exact parts that I had purchased previously that did NOT fix the problem. I was issued a return label; HOWEVER, for this purchase, they initially did not refund all of the $103 purchase/shipping price as promised. I had to call to request the remaining refund as promised. To say all of this.... I'm sure I could have gotten other parts if needed for other issues. The door panel that was broken was a "throw-away" item (molded into the door and not available for replacement). I will just manually put ice in my drinks rather than purchase another fridge. Not cost effective for just an ice dispenser.

Great ordering experience; no install support
The purchase transaction went great. Fast, helpful, accurate. However I specifically indicated that I would need installation instructions and was told that I would get them with the parts. However there were no instructions with the parts. I had to comb the internet to find something online that would show me how to install the parts. Fortunately I found what I needed but I almost sent the parts back before searching for instructions.

Received the Kit, the plunger assembly piece is defective, no way to speak to a customer service rep to resolve the issue.

Easy to Install
Watched a video and it installed EXACTLY like the video. Key was to take my time. Took less than half an hour and ice and water work PERFECTLY!

easy to install,
I've taken this apart so many times that it was no problem to install a new one. They removed the heating element which was more trouble than it was worth. It works just fine without it.

Parts are OEM quality and fairly easy to replace.
Basically rebuilt the in-door ice and water dispenser on a 16 year old refrigerator.

Good parts but...
The parts are fine, but Be sure to shop around if getting the best deal is important to you. These icemakers parts are probably "worth" $3-$5, but the prices i found ranged from $61-$77. Shipping ranged from $6.99 to $19.99, again depending on the vendor. When i received the package, i looked for a video to guide my work and found a vendor with a much lower price for the parts and shipping! I could have saved $25.
