Wrong part

I ordered baskets for my new chest freezer by model number from someone at the number giving in my freezer paperwork. The baskets they sent are way too small for my freezer.

Poor Customer Service

The Sear representative ordered the wrong part twice - I gave them the serial number and model and they still got the part size wrong. Very inexperienced, lack of knowledge and training are causing delays and correct orders.

I specificallly said thatthey need to be 20 inchesl long with the hangers on eachside to make it a total of 22 -23 inches. Instead I got the 16 inch basket. I need to return these.

Freezer Baskets for Kenmore Chest Freezer SEARS??

First, we purchased our new Kenmore chest freezer (from Sears Home Store, located in our town) in Feb 2021.....6 Months Ago. (Note: our Freeze is great). The manual that came with our freezer lists all items that come with this freezer. It states 2 baskets come with freezer (with a photo showing the baskets). However, only one basket came (and no matter who we talk with, no one seems to know how to help us from Sears). Most of the agents act as if they have no idea where to even start looking for a basket, nor how to go about ordering another basket (even with part numbers that we provide them from our manual). We have placed orders for an additional basket, but we never receive the order (it just ends up in limbo somewhere, stuck in your system, no one can tell us why. The owner of the Sears Home Store in our town (where we purchased this freezer), told us, without hesitation, "it's better to go on Amazon and order baskets, there's tons on their website" (that was his way of assisting us, all happy with himself as if he was truly helping us -- never even made the slightest effort to order for us thru Sears parts dept.). WE DID go to Amazon, looked at every single basket they had listed (do you know how long this took us?). Not one was the size we needed, all too short (some didn't even give their measurements). This most recent interaction by phone, the agent was very nice, and seemed to try very hard to assist in ordering us an Extra Basket (as always, we provided Freezer Model Number, the Basket model number, etc, just like we did with all the other agents). He placed us on hold, then came back on the line happy to communicate he found the correct basket, but we'd have to pay for it now (no worries, we needed it -- so happy we ordered 4). The baskets arrived pretty fast, however they are "not" the correct baskets, these are 1/2 the size, way too small (very small baskets, not sure where you'd stick them). Our time spent over the last Six Months trying to accomplish a "seemingly easy thing to do" is irreplaceable. We are now done with Sears (and Sears Home Stores). Sears just isn't the same anymore, sadly.

This basket fits a Haier 3.5 Cu. Ft. Freezer

I have a Haier 3.5 cubic feet chest freezer (model HFC3501ACW) and had a challenging time finding an additional freezer basket for it. Measuring tapering freezer baskets that hook onto the lip of the freezer can be a challenge because it's not always clear where exactly to measure, so I had to do my best and hope this was the right one and it was! I'm including the model and the number so that others looking for an additional or replacement basket for this freezer might find it!
