I received he ice bucket mechanism but it was a couple of days late in arrival bit it was fine...I do wish you had shipped a parts instruction manual on how to maintain or install the part. but sure miss a Sears store!!

Not what I ordered
Item shipped did not match the picture and was cracked. Attempted to call customer service twice and waited 25 minutes each time.

Ice bucket
As the repairman guaranteed, it was the wrong part and was about 1/4 inch too wide for the refrigerator. Fortunately. Sears parts charged us a fee to return it, so all is well for them. We ordered the proper part from a regional wholesaler and received it within 24 hours. So there.

Easy installation
No tools necessary; very easy to install (under 5 minutes). Turn off ice maker via little switch at top left prior to removing old bucket. Turn on after installation. It may take some time before icemaker decides to resume operation -- don't worry, it eventually will.
