It was easy to change
It was easy to order but we miss having our parts department here in Newington to visit in person. Sears has abandoned us in Connecticut in that we have no more Sears stores. We were avid Sears shoppers. Recently we had to buy a washing machine from Lowes because there are no more Sears stores.

Poor design quality
Installation is not the problem, it's the horrible design and weak corners at the hinge that are the issue. Whoever came up with this design needs to go back to community college and start as a freshman, then maybe give it another try.
