Way to hard to order parts from SEARS

The problem I have with ordering from Sears has nothing to do with Sears. I was trying to order a part for my LG Refrigerator. LG provides SEARS with inadequate information to sell their products. They dont provide SEARS with part numbers, dimensions or details for selling their products. Instead they give SEARS a horrible diagram with corresponding numbers vs part numbers. The SEARS CS reps gave me the wrong part number for the tray cover I was trying to order 3 times in a row. I plugged the number into the compatibility cue on SEARS web site before placing my order to find out that the first 3 part numbers were not compatible with my refrigerator. I then ordered a tray cover expecting it to be a tray cover. Its actually the part that the tray cover connects to. It doesn't indicate anywhere that the tray cover requires two pieces to be ordered together. It also doesn't indicate anywhere what the actual part number for the cover is. It took 4 phone calls to get the right parts and they come with no documentation to show how to put the pieces together. All of this frustration is aimed directly at LG for them not selling parts for their products. And for not giving SEARS enough information to sell efficiently. I recently received the second part to the Tray Cover and installed it today. IT SHOULD NEVER HAVE BEEN THIS DIFFICULT TO ORDER A COSMETIC PART FOR MY REFRIGERATOR.
