Product did not fit

Called in to speak with a customer service & informed them that we had learned the part was no longer made by the manufacturer. CSR informed us that they had checked and had confirmed this was the correct part. Unfortunately, when it arrived it didn't fit. I will say the SCR was nice on the phone but they gave the wrong information.
