Was not a direct replacement.
The replacement motor was not a direct replacement. It lacked a wiring harness or any way to plug it to the refrigerator. I had to purchase a soldering iron to weld the old wires onto the new motor. There were no instructions.

Pretty easy to install.
It was a pretty easy install. It took about 30 minutes. Just be very careful plugging the leads onto the motor. The beige plastic. it is very brittle.

a piece was broken on motor. I haven't had a chance to get to the store to return it but I will do that this weekend.

I did it myself
I'm a 42 yr old lunch lady and I changed my evaporator fan motor all by myself! I was nervous, but it was so simple and the part is exactly the same as the one I took off. It's been about a week now and the motor is working just fine. Lunch Ladies Rock!
