This burner cap came in a plastic, GE inscribed, envelope. Made in Mexico and looks and fits just like the original, which had lost some of its glazed finish. Various sizes were ordered thru Sears. They were apparently shipped from Sears' suppliers, as they arrived from different locations and on different dates. This was not a problem, just unexpected. One of the "medium" caps was cast with 4 "legs" (the original had 3 legs) and did not set evenly on the burner. A little grinding with a Dremel tool to bevel all 4 legs and problem solved. Now my stove top looks like new again.
