you sent the wrong part. I needed 2 spark plugs for a craftsman garden tractor Your chat person looked up parts and apparently was not familiar with what a spark plug is. The plug that I received was a 2"round plastic piece which is not returnable so I am having difficulty returning it or getting a refund. Two out of 3 items in this order was the wrong part
