Not an exact replacement, but very close.
Ordered the by the part number in the owner's manual. No picture was included in the description from Sears. It fit fine, but was not an exact match for my refrigerator, the color was slightly 'off' and was missing the vegetable/fruit decal. Fortunately, I was able to disassemble the entire unit and keep the frame from the old drawer and get rid of the new one. With a little work everything turned out alright in the end, but seemed like a lot to pay for this type of part, especially when it was not an exact match. For reference, my refrigerator is a Kenmore Elite.
