Craftsman Pressure washer wand

The part itself was fine. The problem is that it was back ordered forever. I tried to go online and just cancel the order but it was impossible to navigate the webpage and find at least a phone number to call. I realize that Sears doesn't want orders canceled and I understand at least making a cancellation a little tricky. I don't understand making it impossible. A cancellation should be little more than one click of a button.

Good product at a good price; long time to get it

The part is easily "installed" because it is a bayonet-mount attachment to the handle. I've not had an opportunity to test it, but it arrived well packaged and appears to be damage free. The only complaint is that delivery was delayed four times over a period spanning more than 6 weeks. As a result, I was not able to clean up of the next-door elderly couple's porch and walkways before they put their house on the market.
