Shear bolt kit OEM-710-0890 connects the auger to the rotating drive shaft and is made of soft metal that purposely shears off or breaks to protect the transmission and motor if a foreign object or hard-packed snow binds the auger.
- Includes four 5/16-18 x 1-1/2 inch shear bolts and four lock nuts
- Fits two-stage snowblowers with 3/4 inch auger shafts made 2004 or earlier
- For MTD, Craftsman, Cub Cadet, Troy-Bilt, Bolens, Yard Machines, Yardman, Yardworks and White brand snowblowers
