Microwave Element Clip
This clip holds the microwave element in place. It is ceramic and when cleaning it fell and cracked leaving us without a microwave! Need microwave for kids meals since home distance learning. Most other vendors were more expensive with slow delivery time. Sears was the best value and delivered my piece within 4 days and the lowest shipping cost.

Came with both versions of the part
The original replacement part number is noted as having been superseded by a more sturdy part number that unfortunately requires removal of the microwave to install. I was not looking forward to doing that, but the package that arrived included not only the "improved" part but a direct replacement for the original, which takes 5 seconds to install.

Arrived Broken - Horrible Packaging
The part arrived broken. It's no wonder because it's a delicate part made from porcelain and they simply packed it in a plastic envelope. I called to complain and they offered to send a replacement. I specifically told them to use better packaging and they said that they would. The second part also arrived broken, packed exactly as the first. Utterly worthless.

microwave replacement part delivered defective
two orders for same part, and with each delivery part was broken inside package. I am unable to use my microwave at all!
