Garage Door Opener Remote Control Housing without Circuit Board 41A5032

Broken on arrival.

I ordered this case to replace one that was dropped by me. The unit came in re packaged, (assumption is that someone already tried to use it & opened it wrong cracking the unit). I called & was told to dispose of it. When I started the return on line & on line I was told to return it. I STILL have NOT received FULL credit to my card and the confirmation for the refund of $22.09 was 1/27/21

Wrong part.

Your website is misleading. The part number for the garage door opener cover I purchased has been discontinued. Yet your website doesn't tell the buyer this information. I learned about the discontinued item thru Amazon. I want a refund. Buyers BEWARE. I understand why Sears is closing stores and going under.

When I called to order the garage door opener, I thought I would receive the complete device. To my surprise, when they arrived, they were only housings! I was not a happy customer! I had to order all over again and I am waiting for the ups return label for the housings.

I also thought this was a full replacement unit. I don't see why Sears would sell just the housing. I'd expect just housing breaks would be rare.

I got fooled!

My fault. I didn't realize the circuit board meant the "parts inside" I thought it meant the main control button located inside the garage. Now I'm stuck with an empty remote and not able to return it. No wonder Sears is going out of business.

Unfortunately I did not read the description and the garage door opener came without the circuit board! I am not sure why you would sell an item without the part that enables it to work. Obviously it is my fault for not reading the description but the part was sent back and we are now getting it from a garage door company.
