Not the same as oeiginal
This part is not the same as the original. Original had a washer at the center, maybe 1/8" thick. Replacement has a 3/8 " hex washer leaving almost no threads exposed on the shaft. I managed to get it on but have zero confidence it will stay in place.

Not a good replacment
The FAN was not an good replacement, It had a mounting hole larger than the original but the worse thing was it was thicker then the original and did not allow enough threads for the nut to hold it in place. I can only hope that the nut won't fall off.

Good Quality
This is easy to replace as long as you have either an air impact wrench or an impact driver drill. Don't even try this with a conventional ratchet and socket or end wrench.

Wrong replacement part
Ordered part number from manual new one did not fit used model number lookup and it shows a different part number so ordered it and still waing for it hoping this one works

Transmission fan blade wrong Diamater in center
The fan was correct however the diameter in the center was incorrect. Made me mad that you would not do an exchange for the correct one.
