Actually it needed to be modified
I had to cut a 1/2" x 2" notch into the cover and then a couple holes to allow me to "zip tie" it onto my deck. It didn't fit great but I was very glad to get it.

Came with no hardware for install
Perfect fit. No hardware to finish. Have a couple of self tap[ng screws available.
